DEAL REPORT: Sale of large administrative building in Bratislava

We have advised a Slovak company (seller) in the sale of one large administrative building located in Bratislava to an Austrian company (buyer).

On behalf of the seller we have managed all legal, accounting, tax and administration aspects of the transaction, including a provision and/or management of all other necessary legal, accounting and tax services under Slovak law. The transaction involved also Austrian law and extensive negotiations with the refinancing Austrian bank about payment mechanism. The deal was completed in April 2023 and the deal value exceeded 15 mil. EUR.
