We provided legal services to the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic, acting as the <\/span>purchaser<\/span>, in connection with two separate aircraft purchase transactions from a foreign entity as the seller. Both transactions were governed by foreign law and involved a multi-step signing and settlement process across multiple jurisdictions.<\/span><\/p>\n

On behalf of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic, we assessed and managed all legal and, to some extent, organizational aspects of the transactions, including the preparation of contractual documentation, obtaining regulatory and corporate approvals on both sides, and overseeing the phased execution of the contractual documentation.<\/span> The transactions were successfully completed in 2025, with a total value exceeding EUR 40 million.<\/span><\/p>\n
